80.SOLUTION : This problem occurs if the printer was previously installed , or if an install was attempted and did not finish for some reason. In this case, when you attempt to reinstall the driver, the 'Add New Hardware Wizard' does not appear again. To solve the problem, you need to uninstall printer first, Download and execute the USB supplemental uninstaller from the manufacture's site. This will uninstall the printer from your system. After the restart you will be able to install your printer successfully.
